A Property Manager property will always have what you need. Don’t worry about arrival time, our lobby is open 24 hours a day and we will give you the keys to your room. The drive from the Tapachula International Airport to the property is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. We recommend getting to the property by car. We suggest you take a cab at the airport, use mobility apps or rent a car at one of the agencies upon landing. Services with additional cost: temazcal, horseback riding, animal feeding, reductive and relaxing massages, traditional medicine services, ATV rides, boat rides, horseback riding, bicycles, and more. Laundry service with additional cost. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, only in open spaces. If the staff notices cigarette odor, burns or cigarette butts there will be a penalty of $1,500.00 MXN. Out of respect for guests no loud volume is allowed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
