In the name of charm and spaciousness, the Garzilli Deluxe Apartment was designed. A prestigious home not only for its spacious rooms, but also for the materials chosen and used in the best way to enhance its properties. Upon entering, there is an initial hallway leading to the other areas of the house on the same floor and a modern marble staircase leading to the upper floor. Past the entrance, there are two large living rooms, one dedicated to the TV area and one to reading and relaxation, followed by a large dining room adjacent to the eat-in kitchen with an additional dining table. The living rooms are connected and enhanced by elegant enfilades to emphasise their spaciousness and brightness. Continuing from the kitchen you enter a corridor where you will find the first bathroom with a large shower, decorated with beautiful blue tiles, followed by a double bedroom with desk, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a large and very comfortable walk-in wardrobe. Going upstairs leads to a second area of the house. To the left is a French-style double bedroom with a special skylight, turning to the right one comes to a living room with TV area and reading corner, this room leads to a double bedroom with adjacent large bathroom with shower and laundry corner. A small flight of stairs leads to an intimate and cosy terrace with a brick kitchenette and a splendid view of the city’s colourful rooftops.
