Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - No smoking of any kind allowed on the propery; No candles or fire hazards
- - Do not use Firepit or Fireplace for cooking of any kind.
- - No guns (including pellet, bb, air guns).
- - Do not place anything on the piano surface.
- - Plastic glasses outside only (no glass except bottles).
- - No access to lower dog run.
- - No pets on property (unless approved by Owner and pet fee paid).
- - No more than 8 overnight guests and 4 additional daytime guests allowed.
- - No parties or events - Only overnight guests are allowed on the premises. Street parking only 2 vehicles.
- - Do not touch pool temperature. Please ask and we will adjust.
- - Turn off spa and close umbrellas when not in use.
- - No illegal activities or drugs on property.
- - All overnight guests must be preapproved and names and ages provided.
- - Noise ordinance is strictly enforced - Police will be called. No outside noise after 10pm and the following restrictions apply:
- 7am - 7pm: One hour Average Sound Level 50 decibels
- 7pm - 10pm: One hour Average Sound Level 45 decibels
- 10pm - 7am: One hour Average Sound Level 40 decibels
- Violation of Rules will result in forfeiture of entire rental deposit, immediate eviction and $1,000.00 fine.
