Large and cozy apartment with balcony and beautiful views of the lake a few steps from Varenna train station. The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the bright open plan living area, which boasts an access to the balcony with lake view and is furnished with armchairs, coffee table, TV, dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of two lake view bedrooms, both including a desk and closet, one with a queen-size bed and the other one with two single beds. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. At guests’ disposal amenities such as free wi-fi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating. *In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car. *Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot outside the property.
