Boutique is a Luxury two-room apartment in the historic center of Rome. It is strategically located giving the possibility to visit the city on foot, it is 150 meters from the famous Piazza del Popolo, 300 from Villa Borghese and 350 from the wonderful Terrazza del Pincio. The neighborhood is well provided with every activity, including public transportation, 50 meters away is located the Metro stop of Line A and the Train station (Flaminio).
The apartment of 80 square meters is located on the 2rd floor with Elevator, equipped with great class thanks to the furnishing of a famous studio of Roman Architecture, has the predominance of peacock blue and details with warm colors in gold with the combination of the flooring completely in parquet, is composed of:
- A comfortable MATRIMONIAL BED with Air Conditioning in the room, Wardrobe and extra pillows.
- Crossing the hallway you enter the LIVING ROOM with a COMFORTABLE DOUBLE SOFA BED and 30" HD TV and a dining table.

It has been completely renovated and thought in the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay, for this reason it also has Heating, fast and free FIBRA Wi-Fi great for those who are in Smart Working, 300 meters away you can use the Parking for a fee.
