The 90 sq.m. apartment is located on the second floor with Elevator, the furnishing has been taken care of by a famous Roman Architecture studio with the aim of being able to maintain the historical identity of the building and its neighborhood but at the same time with an eye on the future. Located on a bend of the Tiber River, the Ponte district takes its name from the pedestrian Ponte Sant'Angelo, built by Hadrian in 134 AD and lined with statues. It was inhabited over the centuries by such famous people as Michelangelo, Raphael, Benvenuto Cellini and many others, as well as, of course, powerful prelates and merchants, politicians and businessmen, very rich women and famous courtesans... It is also home to the Palazzo Altemps museum, with classical sculptures, and Renaissance churches such as Santa Maria della Pace that house paintings by Raphael. Its narrow alleys, with their characteristic palaces, medieval arches, and narrow, winding passages, bear witness to an era that is no more and constitute a memory not only architectural but above all historical, that history made up of everyday life, traditions, and folklore: the history made by the truest Romans.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING:
- - LATE CHECK-IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro.
- - STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check-In.
- - SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment!
- - Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM - 08 AM), upon arrival and departure.
- - At Check-Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers.
- - If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee.
- - Possibility of NCC upon request.
