<p>Villa Tian sits in the marina resort of Puerto Calero, just on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen. A selection of cafes, bars and restaurants line the seafront, making it a beautiful place to unwind with a glass of local sweet Malvasia wine or Ron Miel, a local honey rum. </p>
<p>With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, Villa Tian is ideal for both friends and families. An open plan whitewashed lounge with wicker furnishings and large patio doors open into the dining room, where a dining table comfortably seats all six guests. Off the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, breakfast bar and a doorway to the utility area. Leading off the lounge we also find bedroom one, with a king-size bed, doors to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom. Two further bedrooms, another king size and one twin room with ensuite shower rooms complete the inside. </p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
