<p>Set within a large well tendered garden is Casa Palmeira. This traditional whitewashed property would be ideally suited to families travelling with small children as the large lawned area surrounds a fenced in pool which is flanked by a spacious terrace area which plays host to several sun loungers and the table tennis table. An alfresco dining area is set to the side of the property with a brick built barbecue ? perfect for those sunset feasts! Indoors, the contemporary lounge and dining area has several sets of French doors which lead directly to the outdoor terraces and the well equipped kitchen also leads off this room. Similarly on the ground floor level are the three air conditioned bedrooms which all have doors that lead out to the garden. Two of these bedrooms boast ensuite shower rooms and the final bedroom has use of the larger family bathroom.</p>

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
