Located in QLD’s Sunshine Coast, this stylish, comfortable 4 bedroom home offers air-con, a large open plan living/dining space and a second living area with kitchenette. A huge deck has an alfresco dining table for 6 people, while another outdoor dining area comes with a barbecue. Ample parking is available, and it’s just short drive to Maroochydore, beaches, eateries, shops, the Sunshine Plaza shopping mall, Buderim Forest Park and the Mooloolaba Tennis Club, or stroll to the Headland Gold Club.
The Space:
Ascend a set of stairs and the first thing you’ll be impressed by is the huge, covered deck that wraps around most of the house. It comes with an alfresco dining table for 6 people, an outdoor coffee table, several chairs, a hanging ‘egg’ chair and a day bed, all overlooking quiet, grassy acreage. The house itself features a spacious L-shaped, open plan kitchen/living/dining area with reverse cycle air-conditioning, blonde polished floorboards and exposed roof beams. There are comfy sofas in the living space, stylish occasional furniture, a wall-mounted TV that comes with Foxtel and Netflix, and a dining table for 6 people. This dining area flows through to the fully-equipped kitchen, with a breakfast table and stools, 5-burner gas stove, under-bench electric oven, double sink, family sized fridge with icemaker, coffee maker and dishwasher. Doors off the kitchen lead to a second outdoor dining area, complete with a table for 6 people, a barbecue, fire pit and banquette seating.
Back in the living area, go up a few steps and you’ll come to another section of the house that has a second smaller kitchen/living area with basic cooking facilities, a single sink, plenty of bench space, a bar fridge, a 2-seater sofa, wall-mounted ‘smart’ TV, a ceiling fan and floor fan. There’s also a separate toilet n this section of the house, plus a master bathroom with combination tiled/marble walls, a floating bath and roomy frameless glass shower recess.
The house has 4 carpeted bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. The master bedroom comes with a king sized bed, a ‘smart ‘ TV, a walk-in wardrobe with loads of space for longer stays, and sliding doors which lead out to the deck where there are a couple of chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee. This master bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom, with large frameless glass shower recess and double vanity. A second bedroom has a queen size bed, block-out blinds and study desk, while a third bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and plantation shutters. The fourth bedroom has a 4-poster queen sized bed, a ‘smart’ TV, doors which lead out to the deck and another door leading to the master bathroom.
The Neighborhood:
Less than 90 minutes drive from Brisbane, Buderim is part of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, famous for its pristine beaches, epic surf breaks and relaxed lifestyle. The house itself is well situated, under 10 minutes drive to several beaches and Maroochydore, a larger coastal town offering a choice of eateries and shops. Other nearby attractions include the Point Cartwright Lighthouse, Mooloolaba Tennis Club, the Headland Golf Club, creative hub Buderim Craft Cottage (a vibrant and active centre for artisans), and Buderim Forrest Park, offering walking trails, a waterfall, and picnic areas with barbecues set in tranquil rainforest.
Getting Around:
Best suited to guests with a car, this property comes with a lock up garage for 2 cars and driveway space for 2 more vehicles. There are also public transport options available, with nearby bus services taking you into Maroochydore in about 30 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
