This gorgeous hacienda features privacy within a gated courtyard with outdoor dining, large built-in BBQ, as well as a charcoal smoker grill, fountains, and beautiful surroundings, as well as a private courtyard with fire pit for the separate guest house. You will feel welcomed into the good life as soon as you arrive! Featuring both Saltillo tile and hardwood floors, this pet-friendly home provides hacienda-style comfort for everyone. Full kitchen and open floor plan including dining area and living room, enjoy the expansive layout. The master suite provides a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom for maximum guest privacy along with a private entrance to the patio. Two queen bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa complete the sleeping arrangements for eight in the main house. TV in living room and a TV in each bedroom, as well!
The casita also features an open floor plan encompassing the living and dining areas, right off the kitchen. Just steps from the main house, this individual residence has its own private courtyard with fire pit, full kitchen, and king bedroom. Hallway bathroom with shower is available just outside the bedroom with easy access. Blackout curtains complete the picture for an exceptional king bedroom. There is an additional sleeper futon in the living room.
Quality furnishings and linens are provided for guest comfort in both the main and guest houses, offering all you need for a fun and comfortable home base for wine tasting or a trip to the coast. Easy access from the highway, wineries within minutes, and inviting courtyards with outdoor dining and plenty of sun or shade. It will be tough to decide whether to laze in the luxurious beds, head out for a day of wine tasting, or relax in the inviting courtyards. Why not try all three and enjoy every minute!
