Welcome to The Modernista, located in one of Miami’s oldest neighborhoods. Built only in 2022, this Coconut Grove property is a triumph of striking design and no-holds-barred luxury. The home itself is dominated by clean lines, smart technology and huge windows that let in copious amounts of Floridian sunshine. The kitchen is the sort of thing that chefs dream about and there’s a backyard pool that is simply perfect. However, despite this, it’s the inside that really steals the show.

LOCATION: Please note our proeprty is in a family friendly residential neighborhood called Coconut Grove. The "Grove" packs in a whole lot of charm, history and culture into a relatively little area along Biscayne Bay. Mixed in with the bohemian bungalows, independent book shops and locally owned cafes. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
