Welcome to your 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms house in Ainslie. You can access all the apartment’s amenities throughout your stay.
Nestled amongst professionally landscaped cottage-style gardens on a beautiful block of 780sqm, this extended and renovated 1950s entire brick home is located on the high side of the street in the much sought-after Inner North suburb of Ainslie.

If you can’t go past Canberra Red Brick cottages, and high ceilings, timber floors, and sash windows are your thing, then this home is for you.
BEDROOM:
There are 4 bedrooms in the house:

These bedrooms are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. There are hydronic heating and cedar doors off the family room onto a lovely covered entertaining area. While you stay you will have the following:

- microwave
- dishwasher
- crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has an Ultra HD Led Smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account.
There’s an indoor fireplace but it is NOT TO BE USED- any breach of this will result in a minimum of $400 penalty which will be used for deodorising the apartment and other associated specialised cleaning.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking space in the unit can fit up to 2 cars.
There is also free street parking.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

This great home is located near the Ainslie Shops approx 400 meters away – Canberra’s leading IGA supermarket with its international cheese selection and gourmet deli plus a chemist, newsagency, hairdresser, medical facilities, bottle shop, restaurants/bar, and more – right there at your doorstep!
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
