This charming End-of-Terrace two bed cottage in the centre of Cowes, sleeps up to 4 guests and one dog comfortably. Conveniently located close to the marina, shops, bars, café’s & restaurants, with the Red Jet only a couple of minutes’ walk away, making the Boat House the perfect car free holiday cottage. Boat House has a welcoming open plan living area with seating and dining for 4, with all the home comforts we now expect such as Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. A wonderful little patio garden with table, chairs and a charcoal bbq can be found through the thoughtfully equipped kitchen. Up on the first floor is the master double bedroom and family bathroom. Moving on up into the eaves of the cottage onto the second floor, you will find the twin bedroom, with a small window and Velux window providing plenty of airflow through the room. For added comfort there is an air-conditioning unit for those occasional extra warm nights....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
