East View is a beautifully decorated property located in the quiet coastal village of St Helens, on the East Coast of the Isle of Wight.
You enter via the front entrance with the open plan dining area and kitchen directly in front of you. You will find a dining table for 6 and a spacious kitchen with everything you need for a self-catering holiday, as well as access to the garden. Continue forward, through the utility room, with a shower room and WC on your right, and you will find the ground floor king double bedroom, with access to the garden. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
