You can access the back deck directly from this master suite as well. The powder bathroom, back deck with ocean views, and the laundry room complete the main level. Step out onto the back deck and head upstairs to catch the sunset from the rooftop deck with incredible panoramic views of the ocean and Wrightsville Beach. The first level of this incredible home includes the other four bedrooms, plus the den with an oversized sectional couch, large smart TV, karaoke machine, and PlayStation 4 gaming system. The Queen bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and direct access to the back deck with a swinging chair. A second King bedroom offers direct access to the covered front deck and a full private bathroom. The third King bedroom includes a smart TV, a private bathroom, and direct access to the front covered porch. The Bunk bedroom includes a Full over Full bunk bed plus a twin over a twin bunk bed, a full private bathroom, and access to the back deck. The oversized swinging chair on the front deck provides the perfect spot to kick back and cool off in the ocean breezes. The ground level welcomes you with an exquisite entry foyer, elevator access, and enclosed carports with an extra refrigerator and covered parking for up to 4 vehicles. Out back on the patio is a large outdoor shower plus a Green Egg charcoal and a Wilmington grill propane. The elevator provides access to all 3 levels of the home. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.** Parking instructions: 4 parking spots in driveway, 4 additional in enclosed carport. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Property Manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Property Manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
