From the private swimming pool and garden you have panoramic views over the sea. The house is totally reformed and consists on different floors.The ground floor consists of a large lounge, a double bedroom, bath with shower plate and laundry zone. The floor at the level of the street, with air conditioned, consists in a large living-dining room with spectacular views over the sea and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
There is a large fully-equipped kitchen and a courtesy bath. In this same floor there are two double rooms with private bath, a bedroom with shared bath and a marriage bedroom with private bath. The superior floor consists on a pleasant place to relax and reading. Also there is a diaphanous space apt for diverse uses located in the first floor of the tower. Parking place for two cars.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
