Villa Azzurra is situated in the perfect spot for enjoyment of everything on offer in its iconic location. It is a gentle, 100 metre stroll from the pristine beaches, and from the hustle and bustle of the famous ’strip’, with its restaurants, bars. The property is perfectly configured for holiday living. This property offers backup power supply during the South African power cuts (loadshedding). This is a modern, stylish, generously proportioned home.
The magnificent first floor open plan living and entertainment area facilitates a perfect indoor/outdoor flow, with generous dining and lounging areas, a spacious veranda for outdoor eating and relaxing, and glorious views of Lion’s Head and the ocean. On the lower ground floor, there are three double bedrooms plus a single bedroom, and five bathrooms, of which three are en suite. From this floor is access to a tranquil shady courtyard, and also to the sheltered pool area.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
