Ideally located close to the some of the most charming towns and pocket-sized bays on the Sorrento peninsula, this villa for 9 shares a pool and gardens with two other villas, making it the perfect setting for a family gathering or group of friends. The small complex is set in a family-friendly neighbourhood near the town of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi and is conveniently close to a supermarket, the bus stop and the nearest restaurant.
The villa extends over 120m², overlooking a beautiful landscaped garden of stone terraces, flower-filled borders and lawns edged with Mediterranean plants. On-site catering facilities for outdoor events include a pizza oven and barbecue. Enjoy alfresco dining or relaxing in the shade of the villa’s private patio while the kids play on the lawns or in the communal pool, or retreat to the privacy of your rooftop terrace with jacuzzi.
The villa also has one above ground private pool of 3x7 m, 1.20 deep, open from April 1st to October 31.
The attractive patio leads into bright, contemporary interiors with an open-plan kitchen/living room, separated by a small breakfast bar, and modern bedrooms and bathrooms. French windows from the bedrooms lead onto a second outdoor patio. The villa has air conditioning throughout, a small fitness centre and parking facilities.
