On the upper floor, where the main flat is located, there is a large covered terrace, a spacious living/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with access to a patio with dining area and barbecue, two bedrooms, a shower room and a full en-suite bathroom. The pool and sun terrace is also located on this level. The property is fully fenced with automatic driveway gate. There is a car parking space on the enclosed property. Other vehicles can be parked in front of the house. The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:00. An extra fee from 60,00€ to 70,00€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays. If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged. A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.
