This stunning 4-bedroom villa with private pool is located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from some of the best beaches in Lagos.
Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a super king size bed (200cm x 180cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The second bedroom has a king size bed (150cm x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds (200cm x 90cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
On the ground-floor there is a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
The villa benefits from a fully-equipped kitchen with amenities such as fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, two ovens, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and iron and ironing board.
Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table that seats 8 persons - where you can enjoy some great meals together.
Connected to the dining room is the living room with a flat-screen TV, sound system, and comfortable seating for 8 persons.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Outside there is also a dining area where you can enjoy perfect summer days under the shade.
There is ample space for relaxing by the private pool (that can be heated at a cost).
The villa is in a perfect location for access to amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, hairdressers and so much more, as well as some great spots to explore - including ’Ponta da Piedade’, ’Praia do Camilo’ and ’Praia Dona Ana’.
’Praia Porto de Mós’ is a fantastic beach (just 10 minutes’ walk from the villa) with two great restaurants where you can enjoy an excellent meal overlooking the beach.
The town centre is a short 15-minute walk where you will find a large selection of excellent restaurants, shops and nightlife.
This villa is perfect for a family holiday.
Please note that the area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.
Loud noise is not permitted between 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.
