Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please make sure to throw trash in the trash area outside the home. Do not leave it on the terrace or inside the kitchen. Do not leave the AC below 69. Please turn off all ACs when leaving. Please make sure to lock all doors when you go to sleep or leave. Make sure to take all towels and your clothing inside. Sometimes with the nice breeze, your clothing or towels may move. Please make sure to use the outdoor shower before taking a bath. We must be kind to the pipes and the sand with the indoor showers. If you would like to visit Coco, we also have a small Club house for our clients only on the beach in our beach house. It allows you free access, with secure parking, free wifi and coffee/juice served. It allows you access to the bathrooms/showers and lounge area. This is also available for your check in and check out services. We will give you a code to give to our staff in order to enter. It is a gated home.
