The apartment’s design created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere while providing all the modern amenities: high-speed WiFi, a high-quality mattress, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, and more.
The apartment, at 55 sqm, features a very spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cleaning utilities you might need, and features a breakfast nook that also doubles as a work-desk.
The spacious bathroom with shower has high quality amenities, as well as a washing machine.
The bedroom has a comfortable Queen-size double bed, as well as a large wardrobe, allowing you to unpack no matter how many luggage you travel with! All rooms look to the front of the building, allowing for natural light in every corner of the apartment.

You can walk along the city's waterfront, and enjoy the sunset, or take a cruise in the Thermaikos Gulf while enjoying a cocktail. We would personally recommend "Ladokolla Astrofeggia". Tsimiski street is the place to go for shopping on your day off.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
