Ground Floor: -Smart TV -Pool table -Wood burning stove -Seating -Half bathroom -Entrance to the garage - where you’ll find the washer and dryer, water toys and fishing gear! -Exterior door to the ground floor patio with fire pit Second Floor: -Spacious kitchen -Large dining room table with seating for 6 -Coffee bar -4 stylish barstools -Spacious living room with ample seating -Smart TV -Wood burning fire place -Balcony to outdoor seating and gas grill There are two bedrooms on the second floor -First bedroom, the "Fishing Room", has two twin beds, a closet and nightstand -Second bedroom, the "Skiing Room", has a queen bed, a dresser, nightstands and a closet Third Floor: -Airy loft with two couches, lounge chair and breathtaking views The primary suite is located on the third floor -King size bed, dedicated work area, smart TV, dresser and ensuite bathroom You have access to the whole home, garage, grill, patio, balcony, fire pits...and the LAKE! You also have access to the amazing, award winning amenities within Arrowhead Lakes Community. -Lake beaches -3 Pools (seasonal) -Playgrounds -Lodge -Fitness center with free weights, cardio machines, row machines, a leg press, calf press, pec fly, and multi press machine. Upon arrival - you will need to stop at the main office to collect your gate pass to be able to access the community. A car is recommended for getting around. **PLEASE READ** **Additional Fees Required** Temporary community membership fees are mandatory for all guests. The fees are as follows: All guests 6 years and older must be counted and paid for. - Transaction Fee per Rental: $20 - Gate Card Fee per vehicle: $20 per card/vehicle - Per night fee (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily - Registration Late Fee: $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival. No Same-Day registrations are allowed (Cut-off for Same day is 11:59PM the day before arrival). All people 6 years and older must be counted and paid for. This is a gated community, any unregistered guests or vehicles will be denied access. *All persons and vehicles must be finalized 4 days before arrival. After this cut off, no changes can be made. After booking, we will need to obtain all guests first and last names, make, model, license and state for each vehicle and names of the drivers. We will also need the main guests phone number and email address. These items are required by the community. You will receive a separate link after booking to pay the additional fees (usually a week before arrival) -Dogs are welcome! There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night. -Due to wildlife, there is no curbside trash/recycling pickup. There is a drive-thru collection area just past the main gate on the left.
