Cozy and bright duplex apartment with balcony, a few steps from Palazzo Biscari and the Cathedral of Sant’Agata.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and spreads on two levels. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an open kitchen complete with a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle and all the necessary cooking tools. Going up some stairs the loft boasts a sleeping area with a queen-size bed, a chest of drawers, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additonal bathroom with shower and a small balcony complete the layout.
Free wifi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and iron will be available in the accommodation.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
