To Iakovos summer house είναι ένα καλόγουστο και άνετο κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι στο χωριό Τριαντάρος, ένα από τα ομορφότερα χωριά του νησιού. Απέχει μόλις 15’ οδήγησης από το λιμάνι και προσφέρεται για τις ξένοιαστες διακοπές μίας-δύο οικογενειών ή μίας μεγάλης παρέας. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο στους εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς χώρους . Η θέα του προς το λιμάνι της Τήνου θα σας συναρπάσει και κατά την άφιξή σας θα σας καλωσορίσουμε με ένα welcome basket πρωινού.
Τα υπνοδωμάτια και το κυρίως μπάνιο βρίσκονται στον κάτω όροφο.
Το ενα διπλό δωμάτιο και το δωμάτιο με τις κουκέτες έχουν πρόσβαση στην ίδια βεράντα, ενώ το δεύτερο διπλό υπνοδωμάτιο είναι εσωτερικό.
Το κατάλυμα παρέχει την δυνατότητα φόρτησης ηλεκτρικού αυτοκινήτου ( με πρίζα σούκο μονοφασική και τριφασική )

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
