- NOTE: The outdoor fire pit is only available at certain times of year, due to Maricopa County air quality restrictions. No-burn days are usually May 1 to September 30
- NOTE: There is an optional pool heat fee of $25/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The pump heats the pool up to 82 degrees. The pool heat is not available in the winter (December & January)
