While staying at Sugar Beach, you are conveniently located in the heart of Panama City Beach, and Thomas Dr. Golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and amusement parks are within walking distance.
**This property doesn’t allow groups of adults age 25 or under, with no exceptions.
**All guests must check in at the front desk to receive the parking pass and armbands for the stay. Parking fees are $35 per vehicle if staying less than 21 days and $40 per vehicle if staying over 21 days. (Parking fee subject to change) If traveling with a trailer, there is a fee of $100 per parking spot plus the cost of the vehicle. **
