Stroll upstairs to the second floor to find a beautiful kitchen, living room with a decorative fireplace, half bath and remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom offers amazing views, king bed, en suite bathroom with dual vanities, balcony access, and office space. The two additional guest rooms offer full beds, en suite bathrooms, and balcony accesses. The second-floor balcony includes a charcoal grill, a Green Egg, and plenty of space to soak up the sunshine.  Guests can bring personal paddle boards or kayaks and launch directly from the dock or enjoy cruising Holiday Isle with 2 available bikes at the home.  Guests can also rent the empty boat slip for an additional fee. An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains.
