This villa belongs to a brand new villa complex in the area of Apokoronas- Chania. It consists of three bedrooms, spacious and stylishly decorated living areas and provides all the facilities that promise a comfortable accommodation.
The villa enjoys panoramic views of the Souda Bay, the scattered Apokoronas villages and the impressive White Mountains.
It is set on two floors. On the ground level there is an open plan living area with an energy fireplace, Satellite LED TV and Apple TV, docking station and large windows leading to a shaded lounge terrace with direct access to the pool. There is also a fully fitted kitchen, a dining area for 6, a laundry room and a double bedroom en suite bathroom with hydromassage shower. The bedroom has a private balcony with sea and garden view.
Stairs lead to the upper floor where two more bedrooms are. The first one has a 1.80m canopy bed, en suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and access to a large terrace with sunloungers, a sofa and panoramic views. The second bedroom has twin beds (that can convert into a king size bed), en suite bathroom with rain shower and access to a private furnished balcony with beautiful sea views.
Villa Armi has a 42sqm private heated (extra charge) swimming pool with a children’s pool. The pool can be heated on request on an extra charge. There are is a shaded lounge terrace and furnished balconies all with beautiful, panoramic views of the sea and mountains. A gas BBQ is also available for the guests to use.
