The Neighborhood
One of the most famous cities on the New Jersey Coast, Atlantic City is known for its iconic Boardwalk, sandy beaches (free! no beach badges required) and glamorous casinos and with the house in such a great location you are only ever a short walk away from all the action. Our specific neighborhood is Chelsea, considered to be the most upscale neighborhood in the city with high-end historic homes abound. Atlantic City is an entertainment-centric town with attractions for everyone. The city attracts big-name stars who regularly appear at its many hotels and theaters. You’ll also find great local acts at beachside venues and local music joints like Anchor Rock Club and Bourre. Enjoy a bite or a drink at Ryfe Bar & Restaurant (3 blocks away) or discover Atlantic City institutions like Dock’s Oyster House (1 mile drive) and Knife & Fork Inn (~8 blocks away). Relax on the beach with one of our beach chairs while the kids dig in the sand and enjoy a dip in the water, take surfing lessons, or keep your kids entertained for hours at one of the city’s many arcades (the largest of which is Lucky Snake inside Showboat). Then dine out with countless restaurants, cafes and bars, many of which are within a short walk from the house. Leave the car behind and stroll to the many glamorous casinos nearby along the boardwalk with many more attractions and things to see and do in AC all close by: The Boardwalk – Runs less than one block from the house and goes all the way to the main strip Tropicana (the closest casino to our house) - 15 min walk along the Boardwalk / 4 min drive Ocean Casino Resort – 13 min drive Hard Rock Casino Hotel – 12 min drive Steel Pier – Rides and Carnival Games – 11 min drive Atlantic City Aquarium – 12 min drive Bungalow Beach Bar – 18 min walk The famous Borgata Casino – 10 min drive Bally’s Casino – 9 min drive Tanger Outlets – 7 min drive Whether you love music and dance or you're a history and culture fan, you'll be enchanted by Atlantic City and its never ending entertainment or if relaxing is more your thing, spend your time at the beach, just 5 minutes away or simply unwind sitting out on your own private deck– what could be better!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
