Welcome to this is amazing 9-bedrooms, 6 bathrooms vacation home that accommodates up to 20 people comfortably. The spacious living room is integrated with the dining area and a full kitchen that has stainless-steel appliances, state-of-the-art cabinets, granite countertops and all utensils you will need. The house is beautifully decorated with light colors and high-quality furniture.
The Space:
Champions Gate is a resort-style community with an incredible clubhouse including tennis courts, a restaurant, a big pool complex with slides, lazy river and kids splash pool, fitness center, beach volley, golf and much more! For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Seasoning items are not provided for the safety reasons of our guest
The private pool (heating is an optional paid service), will be a huge hit for everyone and kids will enjoy splashing around for hours while adults...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
