Villa Alkinoos is a stone built holiday home, located amid the olive grove of a private landscape, in Makratika neighbourhood, just a two minutes drive from Gaios, Paxos, with lush gardens, private pool (10 X 5 m) and lovely surrounding terraces.Alkinoos boasts a wonderful garden, air-conditioning, a lot of dining al fresco facilities, private parking and it is really spacious for a family or party of 6 persons, in three bedrooms.LayoutThe front staircase lands on a stone paved terrace on the left hand side of the main entrance of the house, which opens into a living area, fully furnished and decorated with a fireplace.At the back, via an archway, there is a dinning space and a fully equipped kitchen, (with a back secondary door to the other areas of the house). On the right hand side of the living room is a hallway to the three bedrooms.The first one is a double, the next is the Master bedroom, with doors opening onto the front balcony...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
