The property is located among the rolling hills of Chianti, halfway between Florence and Siena.
Forming part of an elegant farmstead, the villa boasts an independent entrance with gate and a private fenced garden with lawn and flowers.
Under the large patio you will find a dining table for 8 people with barbecue and a lounge area, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine.
At guests’ disposal also a private parking for 4 cars, and a pool shared with the other guests of the farmstead. Nestled in the greenery, the pool (6 x 14 m, depth 1.80 m) is open from 1 May to 30 October, and is equipped with gazebos and sun loungers. The villa also has a private path to the shared pool.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Pets are allowed on request.
- Included in the price: Housekeeper service; Internet Wifi; house, pool and garden maintenance; water consumption.
- Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); electricity (200.00€ per week); heating if used (200.00€ per week); baby bed available (100.00€ per week if the maximum capacity is exceeded); pool towels (10.00€ per towel); extra cleaning on request (30.00€ per hour); transfers and tours available on request and to be booked in advance. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
- Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
