Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • This property potentially may have exterior surveillance equipment and interior noise monitoring.
- • All bookings will require a selfie taken with a valid ID due to our contactless check-in process.
- • Guests booking close to arrival date may require an additional $2000 deposit
- • Guests living within a 60 mile radius of the home may not be allowed contactless check-in
- • All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
- • No Pets Allowed
- • No smoking inside the home
- • No events
- • Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
- • Quiet Hours – Strictly 10PM-7AM
- • Email address is required for us to send the Rental Agreement. Please inquire about the Terms and Conditions Prior to Booking
- Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premise with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
