This is one of the most sought-after spots on the whole island, a 5-minute drive from lovely Kerasia beach, with a convenient local shop for your daily bread and other necessities within walking distance. A location like this demands something quite special to do justice to it, and Omolos House doesn’t disappoint. The British owners set out to create a villa spacious enough for two families to relax in style, privacy and comfort, and we love what they’ve achieved. The whole villa is beautifully finished inside, though you’ll probably prefer to be outside as much as possible, taking in the big skies and the soothing ebb and flow of the sea that becomes almost hypnotic after a while. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
