A grand estate centered on a magnificent lagoon-style saltwater pool with two waterfalls, a grotto, hot tub and bridge, Anini Vista Drive Estate is a paradise in its own right. Inviting ocean views and expansive gardens surround the main house and guesthouse, which are connected by a covered outdoor breezeway. A total of five bedrooms with additional flexible sleeping configurations make this an excellent choice for large groups or families.
5 night minimum booking required:
If you book with Property Manager there is a 10% non-refundable deposit due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. For all other platforms, a reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. Details may vary depending on the platform used for your reservation. The remaining balance is typically due closer to your stay; timing varies between 60 to 90 days prior to arrival.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
