New flooring, freshly painted, newly renovated bathrooms and new bedding in all of the bedrooms and new furnishings throughout! The wraparound driveway and beautiful, lush landscaping welcomes you at the front of the house. As you enter this gorgeous home you are immediately greeted by coastal blue painted walls, the hardwood floors and the pitched white ceiling beams that open to a dining room with a table that seats four plus the bench seat. Just beyond the dining room, is the bright and open smaller living area with a couch, love seat and additional chair providing tons of room for family and friends. A great place to sit and talk or simply read a book. This room overlooks the pool deck. The sliding glass door leads you to the outside where there is an umbrella table that seats six, the beautiful pool with waterfall feature and spa, six lounge chairs and four Adirondack chairs. There is also a Char-Broil gas grill on the property and a private dock on the lagoon where you can go fishing! A great outdoor extension of the indoor living area. To the left, after walking in the front door, is the master bedroom which features a king bed up against a shiplap accent wall, two bench seats and a 40” TV. You have access to the back deck with views of the pool patio and lagoon. There is a huge private bath with a double vanity with make-up mirror in the middle, a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower with a bench seat and 2 shower heads as well as tons of counter space and a large walk-in closet. A perfect spot to unwind after a full day of vacationing activities! To the left of the master is a guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. To the right is the main living room with a 60” Samsung SMART TV mounted over the fireplace, a large blue sectional sofa and lots of bright, natural sunlight - perfect for family gatherings. This living room has direct access to the back deck and pool! Behind the French style doors is another master bedroom with hardwood floors, king size bed, 40” TV and a private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The living room opens up into the kitchen with beautiful stone counters, all stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers, a 5-burner gas stove and double ovens plus tons of counter space to make multiple course meals all at once and perfect for entertaining! There is a beverage center with a mini sink and ice maker plus four bar stools at the countertop. Off to the side is a small, bright and cozy breakfast nook with seating for six. This spot is just perfect for sitting down with some coffee in the morning or grabbing a quick lunch in between the pool and beach activities! As you walk past the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink. The next room is a guest bedroom with two twin beds, a 32” TV and its own bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. Following this room is a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower that also has a connecting door to the next bedroom which has two double beds. The last room down this hall is a giant play room with a 55” Samsung TV, couch, two huge bean bag chairs, and a gaming center with small monitor and game chair. There are twin bunk beds plus two pyramid bunk beds (twin over full). This is the perfect play area for the kids to have some downtime while the adults get some too! The garage connects to this wonderful play room and has a fridge and sink plus offers a ping pong table, foosball table and corn hole game for some friendly family competition and your enjoyment.
