Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • 📋No smoking inside the property;
  • 📋Check-in time from 2 pm and check-out until 10 am;
  • 📋There will be no change of bed linen during the stay;
  • 📋Breakfast not included in the daily rate - We do not offer breakfast;
  • 📋Forbidden parties and any type of sound or noise from 10pm at night;
  • 📋Confirm by phone the availability of Wi-Fi or the acceptance of PETs in the property;
  • 📋Amount charged to the guest for the cleaning fee at the ACT of booking: BRL 95.00 (Ninety-five reais);
  • 📋It is necessary to combine the approximate time of arrival and departure, so that it is possible to receive them in the best way;
  • 📋 It is forbidden to park in wrong parking spaces in the garage. Subject to a fine if parking in the wrong garage;
  • 📋It is forbidden to take glass to common areas such as the pool;
  • 📋It is necessary to inform the exact number of guests so that bedding is made available properly;
  • 📋It is necessary to send the name information, CPF of all guests and license plate in advance, so that it is possible to authorize entry to the site.
