Mousses Villas are a cluster of 12 detached and semi detached houses situated in one of the most child friendly areas in Greece. The villas are set in lush, tropical gardens and there is a large shared, gated pool (17m by 14m). The 8 semi detached and 2 detached houses have 2 stories, with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, and sleep up to 5 people (one person on a camp bed in the living room) and have open plan fully fitted kitchen/dining and living areas. There are also 2 villas with private pools (11m by 6m) and these have 3 bedrooms (they sleep 6) and 1 bathroom and 1 shower room with washing machine, as well as a large open plan fully fitted kitchen/ living and dining room . All the houses are air conditioned throughout and there is wifi in the communal areas. There is a poolside bar and taverna on site so there is really no need to go out but if you want to Lefkada town is only a 10 minute drive away. there is a mini market within 5...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
