Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom vacation homes located in Balmoral Resort, offering stunning lake views, a screened-in private pool, and all the space you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Ideal for larger families or groups, our all-suites homes can accommodate up to 10 people and are located just a short drive away from Orlando’s famous theme parks and golf courses.
Our homes boast a large family area with an island kitchen, high ceilings, and an open layout that provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the tools you need to prepare meals, while the kitchen bar is perfect for quick snacks. The family area features a large comfortable sleeper sofa and a 46” wall-mounted Smart TV, and leads out to your private, screened-in patio and pool area with beautiful lake views.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
