Welcome to our beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom townhome, located in the new Balmoral Resort. Our townhome is more than just a great alternative to a hotel or condo, with a private courtyard and prime location just steps from the clubhouse, bar & grill, and water park. The upper floor features a wide open, bright space with a family room, kitchen, and dining area. The large kitchen island provides ample space to prepare meals, while the living area with a 46" Smart TV and Blu-ray player is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the nearby theme parks. Our townhome comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with 1 king bedroom on the top floor and 1 two-twins bedroom downstairs, both with en-suite bathrooms and 32" Smart TVs. You’ll also have access to FREE WiFi throughout the townhome. The separate washer and dryer are located on the ground floor, and the back door opens up to your covered garage. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
