Property Manager: This two bedroom apartment comprises the second and third floors of this Georgian terraced building and each bedroom is equipped with comfortable double beds. The apartment is renovated to a modern standard with contemporary touches and stylish furniture. The living room has a smart TV and a sofa bed meaning we can accommodate an additional 2 guests. The apartment provides a perfect place to stay on a longer term basis in the heart of west London.
The two spacious bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the apartment, each have plenty of light and are equipped with fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds and bedding. On the downstairs you have the main living area and open plan kitchen/dining table.
The kitchen is well equipped in order to cook substantial meals and features a fridge and a washing machine/dryer. Please note there is no freezer.

A 12 minute walk to Westfields, one of London's most popular shopping centres where you can spend your day roaming through the shopping center and enjoying all the pubs, restaurants and shops along the way. Enjoy the lovely town center of Hammersmith which is a short 15 minute walk where you can enjoy a beautiful stroll along the river Thames where an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs are located.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
