An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.  Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only.  Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
