Surrounded by a large private garden with several plants and flowers, the property boasts a beautiful lemon house, furnished with a dining table, chairs, a fridge and a barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals with friends.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find an orchard, a vegetable garden, and an above-ground pool (6 x 3.7 m, depth 1.2 m), open from April to October.
At guests’ disposal also an uncovered private parking for 4 cars.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Pets are not allowed.
- Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.
- Excluded from the price: Any extra services on request (such as a private chef for themed, rustic or Tuscan dinners); possibility to buy locally produced organic oil, and fruit and vegetables from the garden. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
