Beautiful duplex apartment in Cenisia neighborhood, convenient to reach the Polytechnic, near the Tesoriera Park and close to the bus station of Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
On the fourth floor of a residential building with the elevator, guests will find this apartment which is spread over two floors. The accommodation has a nice style, with 1970s vibes and is ideal for a large family or several couples who intend to visit the city.
The entrance opens onto the lower floor, which houses the living area consisting of a large and cozy living room, furnished with a corner double sofa bed, a TV and a dining area. The independent kitchen is well equipped, with an additional dining area and complete with every cooking tool, including an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. The floor continues with the master bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed and a chest of drawers, and the bathroom with shower.
From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the upper floor, specifically to a hallway with a bookcase and a double sofa bed. The floor is completed by another bedroom with two single beds and a more spacious bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower.
At guests’ disposal there are also comforts such as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating.
In the area parking is free and there are many services near the apartment.
