Housing
You will appreciate my accommodation for its tranquility, its decoration and its large terrace.
Beautiful bright apartment with kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
It has a south-west facing balcony with a magnificent view of the wooded park of Paucheville.
It has two secure parking spaces and a bicycle storage room.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the 1st and only floor.
To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:
- A friendly living room: dining area with dining table for 4, coffee table, television.
- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, kitchen utensils.
- Two large bedrooms with dressing room.
- A neat bathroom: Italian shower, sink with mirror, washing machine.
- Separate toilets.
You can also enjoy a pleasant balcony overlooking the park.
Travelers generally appreciate:
- The pleasant surface of the apartment which allows you to stay with family or friends serenely.
- A fully equipped apartment (enough to shower, cook, rest...), all you need to think about is your toothbrush!
- You will be in the center of Toulouse in 20min and can enjoy the calm of this nature in the city.
- Two parking spaces at the foot of the residence.
Access to Paucheville Park is directly from the residence.
Passenger access
Travelers will have the entire apartment available.
To help you get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with the essentials for the first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.).
In this time of energy crisis, we must all be responsible in the use of energy and we remind our travelers that the temperature of heating is limited in France, by law (art. R241-26 of the Energy Code) , at 19°. As a result, it will not be possible to exceed this temperature in the accommodation.

OUR RENTAL CONDITIONS
The accommodation is managed by the Property Manager agency, Toulouse partner of OTA and Luckey. By completing your reservation, you agree to these conditions:
- The apartment is secured by a device (MINUT) which constantly monitors the noise level, the temperature, the number of occupants, the hygrometry, the number of internet connections... In order to ensure compliance with the regulations and everyone’s safety.
- The person who made the reservation must be present, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, parties/events are prohibited and there cannot be more people in the accommodation than the occupants indicated in the reservation.
- Arrivals are from 5 p.m. and departures at 11 a.m., unless authorized, no deposit/storage of luggage is possible in the accommodation.
- An external deposit (of €2,500 via Stripe or Swikly) may sometimes be required (in accordance with OTA’s conditions), as well as the completion of an "Online Check-in" equivalent to a police form. Completion of these formalities is mandatory if they are requested of you, even if the message is external to the platform.
- The accommodation (and what is inside) must be returned in the state in which it was found on arrival (art 11.1 of the Rental Conditions), i.e.: clean (as if it were home), without waste, without dirty dishes and furniture in its original place.
The cleaning fee covers the costs of a cleaning which is carried out before your arrival, on the basis of accommodation left normally clean, as well as clean linen and consumables made available to you.
If the accommodation is left dirty, with unwashed dishes, and/or with waste, if equipment is damaged, if there is a smell of cigarettes... our teams will be able to report it immediately and we may seek financial compensation from you for damages and/or additional cleaning time; this compensation may amount, depending on the case, to several times the value of the cleaning fee.
- For any reservation longer than 30 days, one cleaning per month (minimum) will be carried out at your expense. We will agree dates and times together.
