The main living area features leather chairs and a large couch facing a two-story stone fireplace with a built-in flat-screen TV and sound system. Large windows offer stunning views of the pine trees and valley below. A telescope by the window provides an even closer look.
Adjacent to the living area, the dining room seats eight at a long wooden table with high-backed chairs. Wrought iron chandeliers add a touch of Colorado’s Old West heritage. Behind the dining table is a polished granite breakfast bar that seats six.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- - A credit card preauthorization of $1,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- - Animals may be allowed with prior approval and accompanying non-refundable fee. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking.
