The main level features an expansive central living space that seamlessly connects the dining room, kitchen, and living room, opening to a spacious covered deck. The loft upstairs is designed for leisure, with a pool table and a library with a cozy sitting area, while the lower-level den offers a warm atmosphere with its gas fireplace. The six bedrooms provide diverse sleeping arrangements, including a Main suite with a king bed and various configurations in the guest rooms such as Captain’s bunks, trundles, twins, kings, and queens. Four of the bedrooms also offer access to balconies, perfect for enjoying the morning air or stargazing at night. After a day of adventure, unwind in the home’s hot tub or sauna.

Homes located in this area are also quite close to Downtown Breckenridge, which offers a multitude of family-friendly restaurants, shops, and plenty of nightlife for adults. Some homes on Peak 8 offer ski-in/ski-out access to make for a remarkable vacation.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- - Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
- - A credit card preauthorization of $1,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- - Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $45 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
