Larnaca Blue 27 is a modern contemporary villa on a gated complex. It has pretty landscaped gardens and is only a few minutes walk from the coastline. The open plan design is cleverly designed to make the most of the space and light in the house and is tastefully furnished. The ground floor offers a sleek fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar, formal dining ideal for a home cooked meal as well as a comfy lounge with smart TV which leads out to your pool terrace. Both en suite bedrooms can be found on the first floor, they are light and airy and both enjoy a balcony. There is a further shower room/WC on the lower level. The villa has air-conditioning throughout and for convenience provides pool towels.
