The luxurious Villa is located in the seaside village of Almyrida, in Chania Prefecture , Crete, just a few meters from the peaceful blue sea. The environment is so beautiful it makes you want to stop and freeze the moment. Chania airport or Souda Bay port is located 25 kilometers east of Chania Town. Almirida is a great place for families, romantic couples and the young at heart. It is small enough to retain a large variety of activities and entertainment choices . If you are in hiking, biking and walking you will find a small paradise. The scenery in this part of the island is breathtaking. On your back you have the stunning White Mountains. In front of you the vast blue of the Aegean. Amazing.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
